■ How to Consume:
Take about 1 tablespoon (15ml) daily, dilute with water or carbonated water at least 8 times, and consume after meals, avoiding on an empty stomach.
One 500ml bottle lasts approximately one month. It has a mild flavor, making it easier to drink than black vinegar, and is well received. Adding honey or similar ingredients can make it even more palatable.
Diluting with milk also makes it healthy. Vinegar helps with calcium absorption and becomes creamy like yogurt.
