[Synopsis]Mizutani (Kenta Kiritani), a web writer arrested for indecency, claims his innocence in court but is found guilty. Sakuma advocates for "more open trials" and proposes to appeal his innocence to the world again on a video site with members of the masked group he leads, Shinbunshi: Okina (Mikako Ichikawa) and Tabuchi (Satoshi Hashimoto). Thus, a preview video for a mock trial called a "public trial" is posted, and Mizutani's "trial" begins. But what is the true identity of Sakuma, who presides over this public trial...? Subsequently, after witnessing repeated public trials, a research team led by Yoshino (Erika Toda) of the Metropolitan Police Department's Cybercrime Countermeasures Division begins to identify the members of Shinbunshi. Then, a commonality emerges among the people targeted by Shinbunshi as "defendants"... What is the ultimate goal of Shinbunshi?
