'Koro no Kamigusa' is a story about shamans who make a living through curses and 'killing.' It depicts the battles of hard-boiled, horror-like hitmen with Gaiten Hyakugan's unique brutal descriptions and flamboyant worldview. The composer is Takuya Nishimura of FOX PILLCULT, who has worked on many of Gaiten Hyakugan's songs. The vocals feature the troupe's leading actress, Momiji Kurenai, along with other performers such as Koyomi Kureya from Jūsan-gatsu, and Mami Komoda from Showa Seigo Office.The tracks are based on melodies rooted in traditional Japanese folklore, Shinto, and Buddhism, blending sacred chants, curse rock, and dark choral music into the trending sacred curse song 'Utsushiyo no Yure,' as well as 'Tenshin Tsumi to Biyoku no Shikon Gasshō,' which elevates a film noir-like darkness into a mythic story as progressive rock, and Buddhist idol song 'Haramitsu Shingon Jōi Reirei,' among others. Incorporating numerous ethnic instruments, this collection represents the largest scale in Gaiten Hyakugan's history, a work that could only have been born through theater! A single that leads modern underground to the upper ground.
