This tribute album features his works produced by top producers who were greatly influenced by Tsutsumi's music, such as Seiji Kameda, Akimitsu Honma, Kiyoshi Matsuo, and Yasuharu Konishi, centered around Satoshi Takebe, a music producer and direct disciple who has worked on Tsutsumi's arrangements with deep respect. It also features luxurious artists including LiSA, JUJU, Erika Ikuta (Nogizaka46), Little Glee Monster, Nobuteru Maeda, Takanori Nishikawa, and Kenta Kataoka (sumika).
