For gingivitis and periodontal disease: Twice daily (morning and evening) after brushing, place an appropriate amount (about 0.3g, about 1.5cm) on your finger and apply to the gums. For oral ulcers: 2 to 4 times daily, apply an appropriate amount directly to the affected area.
