また、まれにツヤがなくなったり、すこし変色することがありますが、服用にはなんら問題はありません。
5．ビンの中のつめ物は、輸送中に錠剤が破損するのを防ぐためのものです。開封後は不要となりますので取り除いてください。
6．強い衝撃が加わると錠剤が割れる恐れがあります。
7．使用期限の過ぎたものは、服用しないでください。

【用法・用量】次の量を食後（なるべく30分以内）に必ず水またはお湯といっしょに服用してください。
年令1回量
成人（15才以上）4錠3回11才以上15才未満3錠3回5才以上11才未満2錠3回5才未満服用しないでください
【使用上の留意点】（1）定められた用法・用量を必ず守ってください。（2）5才以上の小児に服用させる場合には、服用量のまちがいや薬剤がのどにつかえることがないよう、保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。

1.次の方は服用しないでください。（1）今までに本剤又は本剤の成分によるアレルギー症状（発疹・発赤、かゆみ、むくみなど）を起こしたことがある方（2）5才未満の乳幼児（のどにつかえる恐れがあります）（3）透析療法を受けている方
2.本剤を服用している間は、他の止瀉薬（下痢止め薬）を服用しないでください。
3.長期連用はしないでください。
4.本剤を「効能」以外の目的には使用しないでください。

■相談すること
1.次の方は本剤を使用する前に医師、歯科医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている方（2）発熱を伴う下痢のある方、血便のある方又は粘液便の続く方（3）妊婦、妊娠していると思われる方又は授乳中の方（4）高齢者（5）本人又は父母、兄弟姉妹がアレルギー体質の方（6）薬や化粧品などによるアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある方（7）肝臓や腎臓に疾患のある方
