【Usage and Dosage】Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 tablet at a time, twice daily (morning and evening). Chew or dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.Do not give to children under 15 years of age.
【Precautions for Use】(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.(2) How to take out the tablets:Press firmly on the convex part of the blister containing the tablets with your fingertips to break the film on the back side and take out the tablet for use. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet whole may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other unforeseen accidents.)

1. Do not take if:(1) You have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.(2) You have phenylketonuria. (This medication contains L-phenylalanine compounds.)
2. Do not use other medications during this medication’s use:Other allergy medications, oral antihistamines (such as cold remedies, cough suppressants, nasal allergy medications, motion sickness remedies, etc.)
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.(You may experience drowsiness, etc.)
4. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.

1. 【用法・用量】成人（15才以上）1回1錠、1日2回（朝・夕）かむか、口中で溶かして服用してください。15才未満の小児には服用させないでください。

【使用上の留意点】（1）定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。（2）錠剤の取り出し方錠剤の入っているシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面の膜を破り、錠剤を取り出して服用してください。（誤ってシートのまま飲みこんだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さるなど思わぬ事故につながります。）
【成分・分量】成人1日量(2錠)中メキタジン：4mg
【成分・添加物 】D-マンニトール、メタケイ酸アルミン酸Mg、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、タンニン酸、スクラロース、クロスポビドン、アスパルテーム(L-フェニルアラニン化合物)、クエン酸水和物、l-メントール、ステアリン酸Mg、香料

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用・事故が起こりやすくなります）
1.次の人は服用しないでください。（1）本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（2）フェニルケトン尿症の人。（本剤はL-フェニルアラニン化合物を含有するため。）
2.本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も使用しないでください。他のアレルギー用薬、抗ヒスタミン剤を含有する内服薬等（かぜ薬、鎮咳去痰薬、鼻炎用内服薬、乗物酔い薬等）
3.服用後、乗物又は機械類の運転操作をしないでください。（眠気等があらわれることがあります。）
4.長期連用しないでください。
5.服用前後は飲酒しないでください。

■相談すること
1.次の人は服用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）医師の治療を受けている人。（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。（3）授乳中の人。（4）高齢者。（5）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（6）次の症状のある人。排尿困難（7）次の診断を受けた人。緑内障
2.服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
関係部位：症状皮ふ：発疹・発赤,かゆみ消化器：吐き気・嘔吐,食欲不振,腹痛精神神経系：頭痛,ふらふら感泌尿器：排尿困難まれに下記の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。症状の名称：症状ショック（アナフィラキシー）：服用後すぐに、皮ふのかゆみ、じんましん、声のかすれ、くしゃみ、のどのかゆみ、息苦しさ、動悸、意識の混濁等があらわれる肝機能障害：発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸（皮ふや白目が黄色くなる）、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる血小板減少：血液中の成分である血小板の数が減ることにより、鼻血、歯ぐきからの出血、青あざ等の出血症状があらわれる
3.服用後、次の症状があらわれることがありますので、このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には、服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。口のかわき、眠気
4.5〜6日間服用しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
