[Usage and Dosage]Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 tablet at a time, once a day, after meals.
[Precautions for Use](1) Read the instruction leaflet (information on the box) carefully before use. Store it safely so you can read it when needed.(2) Follow the prescribed usage and dosage.(3) Take with water or lukewarm water without chewing.(4) Do not drink jellies, green tea, coffee, or black tea within 30 minutes before or after taking this medication. It is okay to drink roasted green tea, bancha, oolong tea, genmaicha, or barley tea.

【用法・用量】成⼈（15歳以上）、1回1錠、1⽇1回、⾷後に服用する。

【使用上の留意点】（1）服用に際しては、説明文書（箱の記載事項）をよく読んでください。また、必要なときに読めるよう大切に保存してください。（2）定められた用法・用量を守って服用してください。（3）水またはぬるま湯で、かまずに服用してください。（4）本剤の服⽤前後30分は、⽟露・煎茶・コーヒー・紅茶は飲まないでください。ほうじ茶・番茶・ ウーロン茶・⽞⽶茶・⻨茶はさしつかえありません。
【成分・分量】1錠中溶性ピロリン酸第二鉄：79.5mg(鉄として10mg)シアノコバラミン：50μg葉酸：1mgアスコルビン酸：50mg酢酸ｄ－α－トコフェロール：10mg

■相談すること
1.次の⼈は服⽤前に医師、薬剤師⼜は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）医師の治療を受けている人（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人（3）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人
2.服⽤後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作⽤の可能性があるので、直ちに服⽤を中⽌し、この箱を持って医師、薬剤師⼜は登録販売者に相談してください。
関係部位：症状皮ふ：発疹・発⾚,かゆみ消化器：吐き気・嘔吐,⾷欲不振,胃部不快感,腹痛
3.服⽤後、次の症状があらわれることがあるので、このような症状の持続⼜は増強が⾒られた場合には、服⽤を中⽌し、この箱を持って医師、薬剤師⼜は登録販売者に相談してください。便秘、下痢
4.2週間位服⽤しても症状がよくならない場合は服⽤を中⽌し、この箱を持って医師、薬剤師⼜は登録販売者に相談してください。

その他の注意:成分に関連する注意配合されている溶性ピロリン酸第⼆鉄により便が⿊くなることがあります。
