■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用・事故が起こりやすくなる）
1.次の人は使用しないこと（1）7歳未満の小児。（2）妊婦または妊娠していると思われる人。（3）授乳中の人。
2.点鼻薬と併用する場合には，乗物または機械類の運転操作をしないこと（眠気があらわれることがある。）

■相談すること
1.次の人は使用前に医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること（1）医師の治療を受けている人。（2）減感作療法等，アレルギーの治療を受けている人。（3）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（4）次の症状のある人。はげしい目の痛み（5）次の診断を受けた人。緑内障（6）アレルギーによる症状か他の原因による症状かはっきりしない人。とくに次のような場合はアレルギーによるものとは断定できないため，使用前に医師に相談すること。●片方の目だけに症状がある場合●目の症状のみで，鼻には症状がみられない場合●視力にも影響がある場合
2.使用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので，直ちに使用を中止し，この文書を持って医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること
関係部位：症状皮膚：発疹・発赤,かゆみ目：充血,かゆみ,はれ（目のまわりを含む）,刺激感,痛み,異物感,なみだ目,目やにその他：息苦しさまれに次の重篤な症状が起こることがある。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けること。症状の名称：症状アナフィラキシー：使用後すぐに息苦しさ、浮腫（咽喉、まぶた、鼻粘膜、口唇等）、じんましん等の症状があらわれる。
3.次の場合は使用を中止し，この文書を持って医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること（1）症状が悪化した場合。（2）目のかすみが改善されない場合（緑内障等の可能性も考えられる。）。（3）2日間使用しても症状がよくならない場合。（4）症状の改善がみられても，2週間を超えて使用する場合。
