【Storage Precautions】(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Do not leave in places where high temperatures may occur, such as inside a car or near heating appliances.(2) To prevent quality changes due to light, keep this box or container in a light-shielded storage until use.(3) Keep out of reach of children.(4) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).(5) Do not put other substances into the container.(6) Do not share with others.(7) Do not use products past the expiration date.(8) Even within the expiration date, use promptly after opening the inner bag.(9) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of components in the solution may adhere to the rim of the container or inside the cap. 【Usage and Dosage】Instill 1 to 2 drops per eye, 4 times a day.
【Precautions for Use】(1) When used by children, it should be used under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelids, or eyelashes (contamination or clouding of the solution may occur due to eye discharge or other foreign matter). 【用法・用量】1回1〜2滴，1日4回点眼する。

【使用上の留意点】（1）小児に使用させる場合には，保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させること。（2）容器の先を目，まぶた，まつ毛に触れさせないこと（目やにやその他異物等が混入することで，薬液が汚染あるいは混濁することがある。）。また，混濁したものは使用しないこと。（3）コンタクトレンズを装着したまま使用しないこと（一旦レンズをはずしてから点眼すること。）。（4）点眼用にのみ使用すること。（5）用法・用量を厳守すること。
【成分・分量】1mL中プラノプロフェン：0.5mgクロルフェニラミンマレイン酸塩：0.3mgコンドロイチン硫酸エステルナトリウム：5mgアミノエチルスルホン酸（タウリン）：1mgＬ－アスパラギン酸カリウム：2mg
【成分・添加物 】ホウ酸，ホウ砂，ヒプロメロース，エデト酸ナトリウム水和物，ジブチルヒドロキシトルエン，ベンザルコニウム塩化物，ポリソルベート80，l-メントール

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用が起こりやすくなる）:次の人は使用しないこと（1）7歳未満の小児。（2）妊婦または妊娠していると思われる人。（3）授乳中の人。

■相談すること
1.次の人は使用前に医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること（1）医師の治療を受けている人。（2）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（3）次の症状のある人。はげしい目の痛み（4）次の診断を受けた人。緑内障
2.使用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので，直ちに使用を中止し，この文書を持って医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること
関係部位：症状皮膚：発疹・発赤,かゆみ目：充血,かゆみ,はれ,刺激感,異物感,なみだ目,目やにその他：息苦しさ
3.次の場合は使用を中止し，この文書を持って医師，薬剤師または登録販売者に相談すること（1）症状が悪化した場合。（2）目のかすみが改善されない場合（緑内障等の可能性も考えられる。）。（3）3日位使用しても症状がよくならない場合。（4）症状の改善がみられても，2週間を超えて使用する場合。
