【Directions and Dosage】Peel the product from the backing sheet, attach the medicated part to the affected area so it does not slip, and replace with a new medicated pad every 2–3 days.
【Precautions for Use】(1) When used by children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.(2) For external use only; do not ingest.(3) If the green medicated part contacts healthy skin, that area may also soften and become painful; be careful to prevent contact with surrounding skin.★ Please see the back for "Proper Use Examples of Spil Cream TM One-Touch EX."(4) If the medicated part shifts from the affected area, reposition it or replace with a new one.(5) When using fixing tape, do not stretch the tape to avoid skin irritation or tape peeling.

■ Do not do:(These actions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects)Do not use on the following areas:(1) Around the eyes, mucous membranes, soft skin areas (such as around the neck), face, etc.(These are areas with strong keratolytic effects, so avoid use.)(2) Inflamed, wounded, or suppurating areas.(Using on inflamed, wounded, or suppurating areas may cause strong irritation and worsen symptoms.)(3) Clustered warts, multiple warts on the body.(4) Water warts.(5) Moist warts.(6) Flabby warts on the vulva or around the anus.(7) Brown or light black, flat, raised senile warts.(8) Young flat warts formed in a line along scratches.

【用法・用量】本品を台紙からはがし、薬剤部分を患部にズレないように貼り、2〜3日毎に新しい薬剤付パッドと交換してください。

【使用上の留意点】（1）小児に使用させる場合には、保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させてください。（2）本品は外用にのみ使用し、内服しないでください。（3）緑色の薬剤部分が健康な皮ふに付着すると、その部分も白く軟化し、痛んだりしますので、患部の周りの皮ふにつかないようによく注意して使用してください。★裏面の＜スピール膏TMワンタッチEXの上手な使用例＞をご覧ください。(4)薬剤が患部からズレた場合は位置を戻すか、新しいものに交換してください。（5）固定用テープをお使いの際には、皮ふかぶれやテープのはがれをさけるため、テープを伸ばさずにお貼りください。

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなる）次の部位には使用しないでください。（1）目の周囲、粘膜、やわらかい皮ふ面（首の周り等）、顔面等（角質溶解作用の強い薬剤ですからこのような部位には使用しないこと）（2）炎症又はキズ、化膿のある患部等（炎症やキズ、化膿のある患部等に使用すると刺激が強く、症状を悪化させることがあります）（3）群生したいぼ、身体に多発したいぼ（4）みずいぼ（5）湿ったいぼ（6）外陰部や肛門周囲にできたぶよぶよしたいぼ（7）褐色か淡黒色の扁平に隆起した老人性いぼ（8）かきキズにそって一列にできた若年性扁平いぼ

■相談すること
1.次の人は使用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）乳幼児（乳幼児においては皮ふが弱く注意が必要です）（2）本人又は家族がアレルギー体質の人（3）今までに薬や化粧品等によるアレルギー症状（例えば発疹・発赤、かゆみ、かぶれ等）を起こしたことがある人（アレルギーを起こした薬や成分をさけて使用する必要があります）（4）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人（サリチル酸の内服による動物実験で、胎児の奇形を起こす作用が報告されています）（5）糖尿病の治療を受けている人（糖尿病患者は感染抵抗力が低下しています。角質を取る際に皮ふを傷つけてしまった場合、感染しやすくなります）
2.本品が有効ないぼは、角質化された表面のざらざらした硬いいぼです。他のいぼについては専門医に相談してください。
3.使用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに使用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
関係部位：症状皮ふ：発疹・発赤、かゆみ
4.長期間使用しても症状の改善がみられない場合は、使用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。

その他の注意■その他の注意本品や固定用テープ等をはがす時は、皮ふを傷めないように体毛の流れに沿ってゆっくりはがしてください。
