3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication.
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding if you do.(Animal tests have shown transfer into breast milk.)

【用法・用量】次の量を服用してください。

7才〜11才の小児1錠1日2回朝夕12才〜14才の小児2錠1日2回朝夕7才未満の小児服用しないこと
【使用上の留意点】（1）定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。（2）小児に服用させる場合には，保護者の指導監督のもとに服用させてください。（3）花粉などの季節性のアレルギー性鼻炎症状に使用する場合は，花粉飛散予測日から，又は，症状が出始めたら早めに服用を始めると効果的です。（4）3〜4日間服用しても症状の改善がみられない場合は服用を中止し，医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。また，症状の改善がみられても2週間を超えて服用する場合は，医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（5）錠剤の取り出し方錠剤の入っているシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面の膜を破り，錠剤を取り出して服用してください。（誤ってシートのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さるなど思わぬ事故につながります。）

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用・事故が起こりやすくなります。）
1.次の人は服用しないでください。（1）本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人（2）7才未満の小児
2.本剤を服用している間は，次のいずれの医薬品も使用しないでください。他のアレルギー用薬（皮ふ疾患用薬，鼻炎用内服薬を含む），抗ヒスタミン剤を含有する内服薬等（かぜ薬，鎮咳去痰薬，乗物酔い薬，催眠鎮静薬等），水酸化アルミニウム・水酸化マグネシウム含有製剤（制酸剤），エリスロマイシン（抗生物質），アパルタミド（前立腺がん治療剤）
3.服用前後は飲酒しないでください。
4.授乳中の人は本剤を服用しないか，本剤を服用する場合は授乳を避けてください。（動物試験で乳汁中への移行が認められています。）

■相談すること
1.次の人は服用前に医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）医師の治療を受けている人（2）アレルギー性鼻炎か，かぜ等他の原因によるものかわからない人（3）気管支ぜんそく，アトピー性皮ふ炎等の他のアレルギー疾患の診断を受けたことがある人（4）鼻づまりの症状が強い人（5）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人（6）高齢者（7）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人
2.服用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので，直ちに服用を中止し，この説明文書を持って医師，薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。
関係部位：症状皮ふ：のど・まぶた・口唇等のはれ,発疹,かゆみ,じんましん,皮ふが赤くなる消化器：はきけ,嘔吐,腹痛,消化不良精神神経系：しびれ感,頭痛,疲労,倦怠感,めまい,不眠,神経過敏,悪夢,睡眠障害泌尿器：頻尿,排尿困難その他：動悸,味覚異常,浮腫,胸痛,呼吸困難,血圧上昇,月経異常まれに次の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。症状の名称：症状ショック（アナフィラキシー）：服用後すぐに、皮ふのかゆみ、じんましん、声のかすれ、くしゃみ、のどのかゆみ、息苦しさ、動悸、意識の混濁等があらわれる。肝機能障害：発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸（皮ふや白目が黄色くなる）、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。無顆粒球症：突然の高熱、さむけ、のどの痛み等があらわれる。白血球減少：突然の高熱、さむけ、のどの痛み等があらわれる。好中球減少：突然の高熱、さむけ、のどの痛み等があらわれる。
