【Usage and Dosage】【How to Use】＜Timing of the test＞Start testing from 17 days before the expected start date of your next period, based on your menstrual cycle.● If your menstrual cycle is irregular, determine the next period start date based on the shortest cycle in the past 2-3 cycles.＜How to perform the test＞From the start date, perform the test once daily at approximately the same time each day.(If previous tests failed to detect LH surge or if you are unsure whether the result is positive or negative, perform two tests per day to better capture the LH surge.)● Follow the steps below to perform the test.● Open the aluminum pouch immediately before testing.(1) Attach the cap to the backRemove the check stick and attach the cap to the rear of the check stick.(2) Dip or apply urineHold the urine absorbent part downward, and either pour urine onto the entire absorbent part for 2 seconds or collect urine in a clean, dry cup and dip the entire absorbent part into it for 2 seconds. (Perform the test as soon as possible after collection.)* Be careful not to wet anything other than the absorbent part with urine.* If testing with collected urine, only dip the absorbent part.* Do not pour urine for longer than 10 seconds or dip for longer than 10 seconds.(3) Attach the capAfter wetting, keep the absorbent part downward and attach the cap.(4) Place horizontallyPlace on a flat surface with the result window visible and leave undisturbed for 1 minute.＜How to interpret the results＞● First, confirm that a red reference line appears in the test window of the check stick.● Interpret the result by comparing the presence and color intensity of the test line with the reference line.● Avoid interpreting after 10 minutes.● The first positive result indicates LH surge detection and signals that ovulation will occur soon.■ Negative (-)No test line is visible (score 1) or the red color of the test line is lighter than the reference line (score 2). LH surge was not detected. Continue testing at the same time each day until a positive result is obtained.■ Positive (+)The red color of the test line is as dark as the reference line (score 3) or darker (score 4). LH surge has been detected. Ovulation is predicted to occur soon. The first day of a positive result and the following day are the most fertile days (ovulation day).■ Re-testingIf the reference line is not visible in the result window, it may be due to insufficient urine absorption. Use a different check stick and repeat the test.● The actual appearance of the lines may differ from the examples.

【Precautions for Use】＜Please note the following when using＞【Urine collection precautions】● Do not use highly turbid urine or urine contaminated with foreign substances.● Refrain from urinating for about 4 hours before testing.● Do not drink excessive fluids before testing.● Avoid vigorous exercise that causes excessive sweating before testing.【Testing procedure precautions】● Perform the test promptly after urine collection. Leaving urine for a long time may alter the results.● Follow the specified steps carefully.【Result interpretation precautions】(1) If a positive result appears on the first day of testingIt may indicate that ovulation has already occurred. If pregnancy is desired, have intercourse as soon as possible to increase the chance of conception. Continue testing until a negative result is confirmed. (If not confirmed, see (3).)(2) If negative results continue during the testing periodConsult a doctor or pharmacist early.Usually, using this product during ovulation will result in a positive, but due to individual endocrine factors such as irregular menstrual cycles or short LH surges (within 12 hours), it may sometimes not turn positive.(3) If positive results persist during the testing periodSeek medical advice promptly.Conditions such as pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, molar pregnancy, choriocarcinoma, post-abortion, medication for infertility, endocrine disorders, or menopause may cause continued positive results unrelated to ovulation.(4) If repeated testing confirms positive results and intercourse at appropriate times does not result in pregnancy after 6 or more cyclesThe cause of infertility may not be limited to ovulation issues.
