【Usage and Dosage】Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.

Adults (15 years and older): Up to 2 tablets, 2 times a day. Take as soon as symptoms appear, preferably avoiding fasting. However, if symptoms reappear, a third dose can be taken. Maintain at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take if under 15 years old.

2. Do not take other medications such as:Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives
3. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
4. Do not take continuously for a long period.(If pain or other symptoms recur after 3-5 days of use, stop taking and consult a doctor)

Seek medical attention immediately.(3) Symptoms such as:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching- Digestive system: Abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, bloating, heartburn, stomatitis, indigestion- Circulatory system: Elevated blood pressure, palpitations- Nervous system: Drowsiness, numbness, dizziness, headache- Others: Chest pain, fatigue, facial flushing, fever, anemia, hematuriaSerious symptoms such as:- Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediate symptoms include skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness- Blood disorders: Sore throat, fever, general malaise, paleness of face or eyelids, easy bleeding (gum bleeding, nosebleeds), bruising (does not fade when pressed)- Stevens-Johnson syndrome: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, blisters on red skin, small pustules on red skin, persistent or rapidly worsening fatigue, loss of appetite- Toxic epidermal necrolysis: Similar symptoms as above, with high fever, eye redness, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash, blisters, pustules, and rapid deterioration- Erythema multiforme: Similar symptoms as above- Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: Similar symptoms as above- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, malaise, joint pain, diarrhea- Congestive heart failure: Fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting- Myocardial infarction: Crushing chest pain, difficulty breathing, cold sweat- Cerebrovascular disorder: Sudden onset of consciousness disturbance, difficulty moving limbs on one side, headache, vomiting, dizziness, speech difficulty, aphasia- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, malaise, loss of appetite- Rhabdomyolysis: Muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, hips; numbness, weakness, stiffness, dark reddish urine- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea/vomiting (more common in those treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease)- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing
3. If any of the following symptoms occur or worsen, stop taking and consult a healthcare professional:- Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after 1-2 doses (possible other underlying conditions), stop taking and consult a healthcare professional.

【用法・用量】次の量を水又はぬるま湯で服用して下さい。
年齢1回量1日服用回数
成人（15歳以上）2錠2回まで。症状があらわれた時，なるべく空腹時をさけて服用して下さい。ただし，再度症状があらわれた場合には3回目を服用できます。服用間隔は4時間以上おいて下さい。15歳未満服用しないで下さい。
【使用上の留意点】（1）用法・用量を厳守して下さい。（2）錠剤の取り出し方：錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して，裏面のアルミ箔を破り，取り出して服用して下さい。（誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります）

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用が起こりやすくなります）
1.次の人は服用しないで下さい。（1）本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人（2）本剤又は他の解熱鎮痛薬，かぜ薬を服用してぜんそくを起こしたことがある人（3）15歳未満の小児（4）医療機関で次の治療を受けている人胃・十二指腸潰瘍，肝臓病，腎臓病，心臓病（5）医師から赤血球数が少ない（貧血），血小板数が少ない（血が止まりにくい，血が出やすい），白血球数が少ない等の血液異常（血液の病気）を指摘されている人（6）出産予定日12週以内の妊婦
2.本剤を服用している間は，次のいずれの医薬品も服用しないで下さい。他の解熱鎮痛薬，かぜ薬，鎮静薬
3.服用前後は飲酒しないで下さい。
4.長期連続して服用しないで下さい。（3〜5日間服用しても痛み等の症状が繰り返される場合には，服用を中止し，医師の診療を受けて下さい）

■相談すること
1.次の人は服用前に医師，歯科医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。（1）医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている人（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人（3）授乳中の人（4）高齢者（5）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人（6）次の診断を受けた人気管支ぜんそく，潰瘍性大腸炎，クローン病，全身性エリテマトーデス，混合性結合組織病（7）次の病気にかかったことがある人胃・十二指腸潰瘍，肝臓病，腎臓病，血液の病気
2.服用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので，直ちに服用を中止し，この文書を持って医師，歯科医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。（1）本剤のような解熱鎮痛薬を服用後，過度の体温低下，虚脱（力が出ない），四肢冷却（手足が冷たい）等の症状があらわれた場合（2）服用後，消化性潰瘍，むくみがあらわれた場合また，まれに消化管出血（血を吐く，吐き気・嘔吐，腹痛，黒いタール状の便，血便等があらわれる），消化管穿孔（消化管に穴があくこと。吐き気・嘔吐，激しい腹痛等があらわれる），小腸・大腸の狭窄・閉塞（吐き気・嘔吐，腹痛，腹部膨満等があらわれる）の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けて下さい。（3）服用後，次の症状があらわれた場合
関係部位：症状皮膚：発疹・発赤,かゆみ消化器：腹痛,胃部不快感,食欲不振,吐き気・嘔吐,腹部膨満,胸やけ,口内炎,消化不良循環器：血圧上昇,動悸精神神経系：眠気,しびれ,めまい,頭痛その他：胸痛,倦怠感,顔面のほてり,発熱,貧血,血尿まれに次の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けて下さい。症状の名称：症状ショック（アナフィラキシー）：服用後すぐに、皮膚のかゆみ、じんましん、声のかすれ、くしゃみ、のどのかゆみ、息苦しさ、動悸、意識の混濁等があらわれる。血液障害：のどの痛み、発熱、全身のだるさ、顔やまぶたのうらが白っぽくなる、出血しやすくなる（歯茎の出血、鼻血等）、青あざができる（押しても色が消えない）等があらわれる。皮膚粘膜眼症候群（スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群）：高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚の広範囲の発疹・発赤、水疱が皮膚の赤い部分にあらわれる、赤くなった皮膚上に小さなブツブツ（小膿疱）が出る、全身がだるい、食欲がない等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。中毒性表皮壊死融解症：高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚の広範囲の発疹・発赤、水疱が皮膚の赤い部分にあらわれる、赤くなった皮膚上に小さなブツブツ（小膿疱）が出る、全身がだるい、食欲がない等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。多形紅斑：高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚の広範囲の発疹・発赤、水疱が皮膚の赤い部分にあらわれる、赤くなった皮膚上に小さなブツブツ（小膿疱）が出る、全身がだるい、食欲がない等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。急性汎発性発疹性膿疱症：高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚の広範囲の発疹・発赤、水疱が皮膚の赤い部分にあらわれる、赤くなった皮膚上に小さなブツブツ（小膿疱）が出る、全身がだるい、食欲がない等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。腎障害：発熱、発疹、尿量の減少、全身のむくみ、全身のだるさ、関節痛（節々が痛む）、下痢等があらわれる。うっ血性心不全：全身のだるさ、動悸、息切れ、胸部の不快感、胸が痛む、めまい、失神等があらわれる。心筋梗塞：しめ付けられるような胸の痛み、息苦しい、冷や汗が出る。脳血管障害：意識の低下・消失、片側の手足が動かしにくくなる、頭痛、嘔吐、めまい、しゃべりにくくなる、言葉が出にくくなる等が急にあらわれる。間質性肺炎：階段を上ったり、少し無理をしたりすると息切れがする・息苦しくなる、空せき、発熱等がみられ、これらが急にあらわれたり、持続したりする。肝機能障害：発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸（皮膚や白目が黄色くなる）、褐色尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。横紋筋融解症：手足・肩・腰等の筋肉が痛む、手足がしびれる、力が入らない、こわばる、全身がだるい、赤褐色尿等があらわれる。無菌性髄膜炎：首すじのつっぱりを伴った激しい頭痛、発熱、吐き気・嘔吐等があらわれる。（このような症状は、特に全身性エリテマトーデス又は混合性結合組織病の治療を受けている人で多く報告されている）ぜんそく：息をするときゼーゼー、ヒューヒューと鳴る、息苦しい等があらわれる。
3.服用後，次の症状があらわれることがありますので，このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には，服用を中止し，この文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。口のかわき，便秘，下痢
4.1〜2回服用しても症状がよくならない場合（他の疾患の可能性も考えられる）は服用を中止し，この文書を持って医師，歯科医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。
