【Usage and Dosage】Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 3 to 5 times a day.(If you feel tingling, prickling, or discomfort around the lips or on the lips, apply immediately)

■ Do Not Do(Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects)
1. Do not use if:(1) You are experiencing your first outbreak, or if the affected area is extensive. (First outbreaks may be more severe, and extensive areas are serious; see a doctor for treatment)(2) You have had allergic reactions to this medication, its ingredients, or Valacyclovir preparations. (Re-exposure may cause allergic reactions)(3) You are under 6 years old. (In infants, it is likely a first infection)
2. Do not use on:(1) Eyes or around the eyes. (May cause irritation)(2) Areas other than the lips and surrounding areas. (Herpes labialis occurs on the lips and around them)
■ Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist if:
1. Before use, consult a doctor or pharmacist if:(1) You are receiving medical treatment. (It may affect prescribed medications or you may be using the same medication)(2) You are pregnant or suspect you are pregnant. 2. If any of the following symptoms appear after use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this instruction sheet:

【用法・用量】1日3〜5回，適量を患部に塗布してください。（唇やそのまわりにピリピリ，チクチクなどの違和感をおぼえたら，すぐに塗布してください）

【使用上の留意点】（1）定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。（2）小児に使用させる場合には，保護者の指導監督のもとに使用させてください。（3）目に入らないように注意してください。万一，目に入った場合には，すぐに水又はぬるま湯で洗ってください。なお，症状が重い場合には，眼科医の診療を受けてください。（4）外用にのみ使用してください。（5）口に入っても害はありませんが，なるべく口に入れたり，なめたりしないでください。
【成分・分量】1g中アシクロビル：50mg
【成分・添加物 】グリセリン，ジメチルポリシロキサン，ステアリルアルコール，プロピレングリコール，流動パラフィン，l-メントール，ステアリン酸ソルビタン，ポリソルベート60，パラベン，クエン酸，クエン酸Na

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり，副作用が起こりやすくなります）
1.次の人は使用しないでください（1）初めて発症したと思われる人，患部が広範囲の人。（初めて発症した場合は症状がひどくなる可能性があり，患部が広範囲に及ぶ場合は重症ですので，医師の治療を受けてください）（2）本剤，本剤の成分又はバラシクロビル製剤によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（本剤の使用により再びアレルギー症状を起こす可能性があります）（3）6才未満の乳幼児。（乳幼児の場合，初めて感染した可能性が高いと考えられます）
2.次の部位には使用しないでください（1）目や目の周囲。（目に入って刺激を起こす可能性があります）（2）唇とそのまわりをのぞく部位。（口唇ヘルペスは唇及びその周囲にできるものです）

■相談すること
1.次の人は使用前に医師又は薬剤師に相談してください（1）医師の治療を受けている人。（医師から処方されている薬に影響したり，本剤と同じ薬を使用している可能性もあります）（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。（薬の使用には慎重を期し，専門医に相談して指示を受ける必要があります）（3）授乳中の人。（同じ成分の医療用の内服薬で，乳汁への移行が確認されています）（4）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。（薬などでアレルギーを起こした人は，本剤でも起こる可能性があります）（5）湿潤やただれがひどい人。（症状がひどい場合は専門医に相談して指示を受ける必要があります）（6）アトピー性皮膚炎の人。（重症化する可能性がありますので専門医に相談して指示を受ける必要があります）
2.使用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性があるので，直ちに使用を中止し，この説明書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談してください
関係部位：症状皮膚：発疹・発赤,はれ,かゆみ,かぶれ,刺激感,疼痛,乾燥,灼熱感,落屑（フケ,アカのような皮膚のはがれ）,じんましん（本剤によるアレルギー症状であるか，本剤の薬理作用が強くあらわれたものであると考えられ，このような場合，同じ薬を続けて使用すると症状がさらに悪化するおそれがあります）
3.5日間位使用しても症状がよくならない場合，又はひどくなる場合は使用を中止し，この説明書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談してください（5日間位使用しても症状の改善が見られない時は，症状が重いか他の疾病によるものと考えるべきで，なるべくはやく医師又は薬剤師に相談してください）
