**Story**
Three years after a new synthetic drug case in 2018, the monster detective Ma Soktok (Ma Dong-seok) and the Seoul Metropolitan Investigation Team are investigating a drug trafficking case exploiting a delivery app.
As Detective Ma delves deeper, he uncovers the existence of an international IT crime organization based in the Philippines behind the mysterious death of a wanted app developer.
The organization's leader is **Peck Chang-gi** (Kim Muyol), a former special forces soldier who now controls Korea’s illegal online casino market through kidnapping, confinement, assault, and murder.
