**Overview**Meguro Ren's long-awaited first starring role in a Moon Nine drama!A completely original drama brought together by the "silent" team, including scriptwriter Miku Ukegawa, director Taiki Kazama, and producer Ken Murase. This story depicts a love story through various forms of "parent-child" connections.
**Story Content**Reuniting the team behind the social phenomenon "silent" (aired October 2022), with scriptwriter Miku Ukegawa, director Taiki Kazama, and producer Ken Murase, this is a fully original work themed around "parent-child love."It explores how and when people become "fathers" and "mothers" in this era. Through the "love of parents and children" that the story aims to convey, it tells a "family" story. The protagonist is Natsu Tsukioka (played by Meguro Ren). During university, he started dating classmate Mizuki Nagumo (Nagumo Mizuki) by chance, and they enjoyed happy days together. However, one day just before job hunting, Mizuki suddenly broke up with him, and they parted ways.
Seven years later, Natsu has moved on with a new life, but he learns from a university friend that Mizuki has passed away. Having never met her since their breakup, Natsu heads to the funeral without fully accepting the reality. There, he encounters a young girl named Umi (Seina Izumitani). Learning that Umi is Mizuki's child, Natsu is visibly surprised.
He is then told by her mother that he is Umi's father. Mizuki had given birth to a child with him without his knowledge and raised her silently. As Natsu reflects on the seven years Mizuki and Umi spent together, the story explores the complex emotions between the characters—Natsu, who had no idea his child was alive for seven years, and Umi, who suddenly appeared in his life, as well as the mother-child relationship between Mizuki and Umi. The story delicately and realistically portrays the feelings that arise between "parents and children" among the characters.
