[Synopsis]
The year is 1970. Jong-dae (Lee Min-ho) and Yong-gi (Kim Rae-won) live like brothers, without even proper identification.
One day, the two are stripped of even the small shack that was their only sanctuary.
Furthermore, they become entangled in a sabotage operation at a general assembly involving yakuza, and Jong-dae and Yong-gi lose sight of each other.
Three years later, against the wishes of Gil-soo (Jung Jin-young), a former gang boss who accepted him as family, Jong-dae begins a life of yakuza solely with the dream of success.
Teaming up with President Min (Kim Ji-soo), who has connections to the centers of information and power, Jong-dae dives into the Gangnam development land grab. He reunites with Yong-gi, who has become a mid-level boss of the Myeongdong faction.
