[INTRODUCTION]
The 68th installment of the popular yakuza series starring Yasunori Motomiya and Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi.
This is a success story where Renji Himuro and Yuto Tamura aim for the top of the Japanese yakuza world, under the banner of "eliminating conflict from Japan."
Unique characters come to life, upholding the yakuza code of "helping the weak and crushing the strong." Tensions run high in Kanto due to the conflict between the Kyowa-kai and the Marukami-kai.
[STORY]
The Marukami-kai suddenly delivers a notice of the Hachisei-kai's succession. Himuro (Yasunori Motomiya) and Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) do not approve and storm the venue for the sake ceremony. Mita (Shun Sudou) declares this a declaration of war and vows to fight to the end. The police cannot overlook the tense situation between the Kyowa-kai and the Marukami-kai, and Matsumiya (Gen Hongo) and his team increase surveillance. This leads to the arrest of Teru (Yutaka Kyan) and Saito (Katsuya). Amidst the rising tensions within the Kyowa-kai, Nakajima (Masami Tachi), whose associate Shoji was killed, is consumed by revenge. With Reiko (Reira Arai) involved, Himuro and the others find themselves thinking about Minami (Rin Asuka), but Kawaya (Hitoshi Ozawa) urges them forward. Following Himuro's idea, they decide to pit Kuramoto Kogyo against the Keihin Rengo-kai. The plan was going smoothly, but a new problem arises when Jun (Goro Washida) and Chosaku (Keishi Kawaguchi) interfere...
