Product Introduction
We receive comments from fans such as, "Now, my mother's home cooking is 'Aji no Hikari'," and "I'll be in trouble if 'Aji no Hikari' runs out. Keep making it as long as I'm alive!"
This is a delicious and convenient all-purpose dashi soy sauce that can be used to season various dishes simply by diluting it, such as tempura dipping sauce, donburi, hot pot dishes, oden, chawanmushi, udon, and clear soup.
Based on usukuchi soy sauce, it brings out the balance of ingredients such as shaved bonito and dried sardines.
At first glance, it's an ordinary dipping sauce, but once you start using it, you can't put it down.
This is a long-selling product of over 60 years, known only to those in the know.
