**Features**
Shin Jikinin Granules is an effective cold medicine that alleviates symptoms such as cough, fever, and headache associated with colds. **Warnings and Precautions**
1. Do not take this medication if you:
- Have experienced allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
- Have experienced asthma or allergic reactions after taking this or other cold or pain relief medicines.
- Are under 12 years old.

2. While taking this medication, do not use other medicines containing:
- Other cold remedies, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, cough and expectorant medicines, antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications).

3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (may cause drowsiness).

4. Breastfeeding women should not take this medication or should avoid breastfeeding during use.

5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.

6. Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.

**Consultation Before Use**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
- Are undergoing medical treatment.
- Are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
- Are elderly.
- Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- Have symptoms such as high fever, swelling, difficulty urinating.
- Have been diagnosed with thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, glaucoma, respiratory impairment, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, obesity.

2. If any of the following symptoms occur after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet, as side effects may be present:

- **Skin:** Rash, redness, itching
- **Digestive system:** Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- **Nervous system:** Dizziness
- **Urinary system:** Difficulty urinating
- **Others:** Excessive decrease in body temperature

Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek immediate medical attention:

- **Anaphylactic shock:** Symptoms include itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness immediately after taking the medicine.
- **Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis:** High fever, conjunctival redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, small pustules on red skin, persistent fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid worsening.
- **Drug hypersensitivity syndrome:** Widespread redness, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).
- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- **Interstitial pneumonia:** Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, dry cough, fever, sudden onset or persistent.
- **Pseudoaldosteronism, Myopathy:** Limb weakness, numbness, stiffness, muscle pain, gradually worsening.
- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
- **Aplastic anemia:** Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.
- **Agranulocytosis:** Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
- **Respiratory depression:** Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.

3. If symptoms such as constipation, dry mouth, or drowsiness occur or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.

4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount within 30 minutes after meals as much as possible:

**Precautions for Use**
