【Usage and Dosage】For adult use, take 0.5g of this product (about the size of a soybean) with your finger, dissolve well with a small amount of water or saliva, and apply to the mucous membrane of the female genital area. Use the right dose 1 to 2 times a day.
【Detailed Usage Instructions】● Once a day (after bathing until just before sleep) or twice a day (morning and evening), dispense about 3–7mm (see diagram) of this product from the tip of the tube onto your fingertip, knead with 1–2 drops of water or hot water, and apply to the mucous membrane of the female genital area (inside the vagina).● The necessary amount of this product may vary between individuals, so initially try about 3mm per day, and gradually increase as needed up to a maximum of 0.5g per day (about 12mm per application, twice a day).● Use for two weeks after menstruation ends, then pause until the next menstruation.● For postmenopausal women or those with irregular menstruation (not for use during pregnancy), you can use immediately. After two weeks of use, take a break of more than two weeks.● If symptoms that had improved recur, use again in the same manner.

Do not use if:(1) You have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.(2) You have applied a small amount (about 3mm) from the tube, kneaded with 1–2 drops of water or hot water, to thin-skinned areas such as the inner thigh, and symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, or swelling appeared by the next day.(3) You have thrombosis, endometriosis, stroke, heart disease, or kidney disease, or have a history of these.(4) You have tumors in the breast, uterus, or ovaries, or are at risk of these (the active ingredients may accelerate the progression of malignant tumors in these areas).(5) There is a family or personal history of malignant tumors.(6) You have uterine fibroids, diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy, or liver dysfunction.(7) You are menstruating, experiencing abnormal genital bleeding, or have vaginal discharge.(8) You are pregnant or possibly pregnant, or breastfeeding.(9) You are a child.
2. Do not use on:(1) Eyes or around the eyes.(2) Wounded, eczema, sore, inflamed, or suppurative areas.
3. Do not use any other medications containing the same ingredients while using this product.
4. Do not consume foods containing St. John's Wort or isoflavones while using this product.
5. Do not allow to contact anyone other than the user:(1) Wash hands thoroughly with soap and lukewarm water after use.(2) Be careful not to transfer this product to others. If contact occurs, wash immediately.(3) If the application area may contact others, wash thoroughly with soap and lukewarm water.
6. Do not use for contraception:(1) If you wish to prevent pregnancy, please use appropriate measures.(2) This product may alter your menstrual cycle, so do not use methods relying on regular cycles or basal body temperature, such as Ogino method.

【用法・用量】大人量用に臨み本剤の０．５ｇ（大豆大）を指頭にとり、わずかな水分または唾液でよく溶し、女子局部の粘膜に塗擦する。右用量を１日１〜２回使用する。
【詳しいご使用方法】●１日１回（入浴後から就寝前）又は２回（朝と晩）、本剤をチューブ先端部から３〜７ｍｍ（下図参照）ほど指先に出し、水又はお湯１〜２滴でよくねって、女子局部の粘膜（膣内部）に塗ってください。●本剤の必要量には個人差が考えられますので、初めは１日３ｍｍ程度で試しながら、１日最大０．５ｇ（１回につき約１２ｍｍを１日２回）まで、適宜増量してください。●生理終了後から２週間ご使用いただき、その後、次の生理が終わるまで、ご使用をお休みください。●閉経後の方や生理不順で長く生理が無い方は（妊娠中はご使用になれません）、すぐご使用になれます。２週間ご使用後、２週間以上ご使用をお休みください。●軽快していた症状が再発する場合は、再び同様の方法でご使用ください。

【使用上の留意点】（１）定められた用法・用量を厳守してください。（２）目に入らないように注意してください。万一、目に入った場合には、すぐに水又はぬるま湯で洗ってください。なお、症状が重い場合には、眼科医の診療を受けてください。（３）ご使用前後には、手指をよく洗ってください。（４）塗布部を清潔にしてからお使いください。（５）外用にのみ使用してください。

■してはいけないこと（守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり副作用が起こりやすくなります。）
1.次の人は使用しないでください。（1）本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人（2）ご使用前に本剤をチューブから３mm程度出し、水又はお湯１〜２滴でよくねり、内股など皮膚のうすい所に塗り、翌日中に薬疹、発赤、かゆみ、はれなどの症状があらわれた人（3）血栓症、子宮内膜症、脳卒中、心疾患、腎疾患のある人又はその既往歴のある人（4）乳房又は子宮、卵巣に腫瘍がある人およびこれらのおそれがある人［本剤の有効成分は乳房や子宮の悪性腫瘍に罹患していた場合、その進行を早めるおそれがあります］（5）家族あるいは本人に悪性腫瘍の病歴がある人（6）子宮筋腫、糖尿病、高血圧、てんかん、肝機能障害のある人（7）生理中の人、不正性器出血、膣分泌物（おりもの）のある人（8）妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、授乳婦（9）小児
2.次の部位には使用しないでください。（1）目や目の周囲（2）外傷、湿疹、ただれ、炎症および化膿のひどい患部
3.本剤を使用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も使用しないでください。同じ成分を含んだその他の医薬品
4.本剤を使用している間は、次のいずれの食品も摂取しないでください。セイヨウオトギリソウ（セント・ジョーンズ・ワート）含有食品、イプリフラボン
5.使用者以外へ付着させないでください。（1）ご使用後は石鹸とぬるま湯で手を十分に洗ってください。（2）本剤を使用者以外の人に付着させないように注意してください。付着した場合は直ちに洗い流してください。（3）塗布部が他の人と接触する可能性があるときは、塗布部を石鹸とぬるま湯で十分に洗い流してください。
6.避妊の目的で使用しないでください。（1）避妊をご希望の場合は、適切な処置を強くお願いいたします。（2）本剤のご使用により月経周期が変わる場合がありますので、オギノ式など規則的な月経周期や基礎体温を応用する避妊法は、お止めください。

■相談すること
1.次の人は使用前に医師、薬剤師又は登録販売者に相談してください。（1）医師の治療を受けている人（2）薬などによりアレルギー症状（発疹・発赤、かゆみ、かぶれ、はれなど）を起こしたことがある人
