[Story]Naoki Nishizaki (Takuma Oto), a city hall employee, is at a building scheduled for demolition. It was once the town's premier entertainment facility, "Leisure Center Ryugu," but is now a shadow of its former self. Police cars are gathering outside. Yoshitaro Yoshimura (Yukihito Shigeyuki), a friend and former table tennis club member from junior high school, is holed up in the building, and Nishizaki has come to persuade him to leave. Yoshimura's condition for leaving is that all former members of the table tennis club be gathered. Thus, Haru Konno (Hiroyuki Morisaki), the former captain who is now a salaryman, Mitsuhiro Maki (Ken Yasuda), the former vice-captain who runs an investment company, and Koichi Eguchi (Yo Oizumi), who has become a painter, visit the abandoned building. However, Yoshimura is reluctant to reveal the reason for his barricade. Calling each other by their old nicknames, they soon reminisce about the past, but as they piece together the fragments of their memories, a certain past begins to surface.
