**How to Prepare**
* **Using a Pot:**
Add 1 tea bag to approximately 200-400cc of boiling water and simmer for about 5 minutes or longer. Drink after simmering. If the tea becomes too strong, remove the tea bag.
* **Chilled in the Refrigerator:**
After brewing as described above, let it cool, transfer to a PET bottle or water pitcher, store in the refrigerator, and drink.
* **Using a Water Pitcher:**
Add 1 tea bag to a water pitcher, pour in approximately 200-400cc of water, and store in the refrigerator. It will become cold turmeric tea after about 15-30 minutes.
* **Using a Teapot:**
Place 1 tea bag in your usual teapot and pour in the desired amount of hot water. If you prefer a stronger taste, pour slowly. If you prefer a lighter taste, pour quickly into the cup.
