■ FeaturesShōchūgakusei-yō No-Shin Pure is a pain reliever for children (ages 7 to under 15) that contains acetaminophen, a highly safe analgesic ingredient that reduces pain, combined with allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine to enhance its effect.
○ Effective for menstrual pain, headaches, and other pains in children aged 7 to under 15.○ Acetaminophen relieves pain, and allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine boost its effect, providing excellent pain relief.○ Gentle on the stomach yet fast-acting.○ Small, film-coated tablets that are easy to swallow, with no bitter taste during administration.
■ Precautions Before UseThis product is for children, but it includes general precautions for antipyretic and analgesic medications.
■ Do Not Do the Following (Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)1. Do not take if you fall under any of the following:(1) Have experienced allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Have experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic/analgesic or cold medicines.2. Do not take other medications such as other antipyretic/analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medicines while taking this drug.3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this drug (drowsiness or other effects may occur).4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this drug.5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
■ Consult a Healthcare Professional If:1. Before taking, consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller if you are:(1) Under medical treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Elderly.(4) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(5) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers.2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller, as these may be side effects:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite- Nervous system: Dizziness- Others: Excessive decrease in body temperature
Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or altered consciousness appear immediately after taking.- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid worsening.- Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, lymph node swelling (neck, armpits, groin).- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
3. If symptoms such as drowsiness appear after taking the medication, or if symptoms persist or worsen with 5-6 doses, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.
■ Efficacy and Indications1) Relief of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), headache, back pain, toothache, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, shoulder stiffness, post-extraction pain, bruises, ear pain, fracture pain, sprains, and other injuries.2) Fever reduction during chills and fever.
■ Usage and DosageTake the following doses, preferably avoiding on an empty stomach.Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.

(1) For children, administration should be supervised and guided by a guardian.(2) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.(3) How to take out tablets:Press the protruding part of the tablet on the PTP sheet as shown in the diagram with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back and take out the tablet for administration.*Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.*

Contains excipients such as cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Ca), magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, hypromellose, and titanium dioxide.
