It pursues a novel and modern aesthetic that is unlike traditional designs, blending wood with transparent resin. It is a plate that combines high design quality with practicality.
**Pursuit of Beautiful Curves**By overcoming the differing properties of wood and resin, and through our original grinding and polishing techniques, we achieve smooth and precise curves. The form, integrating natural wood and transparent resin, reflects beautifully and creates a high-quality shine.
**Product Usage Precautions**- Please always serve food on the wooden part. Avoid placing food directly on the resin part; use a sheet or small plate.- Epoxy resin has a heat resistance of approximately 60–80°C. Placing hot cups directly on it may cause discoloration or deformation. Always use a coaster or mat.- Do not use in microwave ovens or ovens, as it may cause damage or deformation.
**Cleaning Instructions**- Do not use a dishwasher, as it may cause damage.- Resin is sensitive to high temperatures; do not soak in water above 40°C.- Avoid prolonged immersion in water.- Use a soft sponge or cloth to clean the resin part; avoid using hard sponges or brushes to prevent scratches.- Use neutral detergents; strong alkaline or acidic cleaners may damage the resin surface.- Do not use alcohol-based or solvent cleaners such as thinner, as they may damage the surface.
**Storage Instructions**- Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry environment. Prolonged exposure to heat and humidity may cause warping or cracking of the wood.
If you notice any damage, minor scratches, or cloudiness during use, please contact us. We will check the condition and inform you whether repair is possible and provide an estimate.
**Returns**- If there is a defect such as a crack upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace it free of charge.- Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (such as image differences) are generally not accepted.- Items that have been used or damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned or exchanged.
