On that day, 12 minors gathered in a locked room of an abandoned hospital seeking euthanasia.

However, they encounter a 13th corpse, still warm.
Their euthanasia is suddenly interrupted by this unexpected event. Unnatural traces of foul play are found everywhere, and strange incidents occur one after another.
