This is an Organic JAS certified product, combining noodles and organic soup made at the proprietary factory of Takahashi Seimen Co., Ltd., a member of the Sokensha Group.
The noodles are made with 100% organic wheat from North America, and have a firm texture achieved through a unique manufacturing process without binders such as starch.
These are non-fried noodles, carefully steamed and dried without frying in oil, allowing you to enjoy a texture close to fresh noodles.
The special soup is rich and delicious, made with coarse salt containing bittern, and flavored with the umami of bonito flakes, organic garlic, ginger, and more.
Without the use of chemical seasonings, organic safflower oil and sesame oil are blended to create a mellow and fragrant taste.
Organic sugar, which retains its umami, is used to create a deep flavor.

How to Use
Sokensha Organic Non-Fried Salt Ramen 110g is an Organic JAS certified organic salt ramen. The noodles are firm, non-fried noodles made with organic wheat flour. The special soup is a rich and delicious broth based on coarse salt, flavored with the umami of bonito flakes, organic garlic, ginger, and more. How to prepare and use: Boil approximately 500ml (about 3 cups) of water in a pot. Add the noodles and cook for about 3.5 minutes, gently loosening them. Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat, add the enclosed liquid soup, and stir well. For a richer flavor, you can add vegetables or eggs to your liking. *Adjust the amount of water and cooking time according to your preference.
