◆ How to enjoy
1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the noodles with the flat, broad side facing up into the bowl.
*Tip: Warming the bowl beforehand helps prevent the hot water from cooling quickly, making the dish more delicious.
2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, then pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups). Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
*Adjust the amount of hot water according to your preferred saltiness.
3. After 3 minutes, the noodles are ready. For an even more delicious taste, you may add green onions, kamaboko (fish cake), or other toppings.
*If cooking in a pot, add the noodles and soup to about 450 ml of boiling water and simmer for approximately 2 minutes.
*Adjust the cooking time to your preferred noodle firmness.
