The thinly sliced noodles are fried in vegetable oil, and the dish features a broth flavored with bonito and kelp dashi, with a mildly sweet taste that highlights the soy sauce flavor.

◆ How to enjoy
1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the noodles with the flat, broad side facing up into the bowl.
*Tip: Warming the bowl beforehand helps keep the hot water from cooling quickly, making the dish more delicious.
2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, then pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups). Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
*Adjust the amount of hot water according to your preferred saltiness.
3. After 3 minutes, it’s ready to eat. For added flavor, you may include chopped green onions or kamaboko (fish cake).
*For cooking in a pot, add the noodles and soup to about 450 ml of boiling water and simmer for approximately 2 minutes.
*Adjust the boiling time to your preferred noodle firmness.
