These noodles are made from "awa" (millet), a grain that has been consumed since ancient times, using tapioca starch (modified starch) as a binder. They are rich in iron and suitable for supplementing zinc and vitamin B1.

**How to Prepare:**
1. Boil plenty of water in a large pot. Once boiling, add the noodles and loosen them with chopsticks.
2. They will be cooked in about 5 minutes. Take out 2-3 strands to check the firmness. When they reach your desired tenderness, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes.
3. After steaming, transfer to a colander and rinse with running water.
4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and toppings.
*They also pair well with Chinese soup, so you can enjoy them in a ramen style.
