Taikou Itsumo Dashi Powder is a ready-to-use powdered dashi that can be simply sprinkled like granulated dashi.

Just sprinkle it like granulated dashi to use, reducing the time and effort needed to make broth, while allowing you to consume the ingredients in their entirety.

Since it is made by finely grinding carefully selected raw materials and blending them with a proprietary formula, the umami and aroma of the ingredients are enhanced, making it suitable for a wide range of dishes.

The ingredients are limited to three items: bonito flakes from Kagoshima, dried sardines from the Seto Inland Sea, and true kelp from Hokkaido.

The dried sardines are manually cleaned to remove the gills and internal organs, then roasted and crushed into powder.

One teaspoon is approximately enough for about 4 bowls of miso soup (about 650 ml).

One bag (20 g) of this product makes about 40 servings of broth for miso soup.
