≪Introduction≫

The legendary rebellious manga with over 40 million copies in circulation has finally been adapted into a drama!!
Directed by Yuichi Fukuda, renowned for "Gintama" and "Super Salaryman Saeui," starring the highly trusted young actor Kento Kaku, this is a wild, over-the-top Yankee comedy!!!

Set in the early 1980s, during the peak of "Tsuuppari" (rebellious youth).
High school student Takashi Mitsuhashi (Kento Kaku), feeling doubts about his mundane daily life, undergoes a hair makeover with blonde perm and makes his debut as a rebellious youth.
However, on his first day at the private school Nanba High School, he is stunned to see another rebellious student, ITO (Kentaro Ito), with a fierce, spiky hairstyle, also appearing as a transfer student.
It turns out ITO is also a "rebellious" who coincidentally met Mitsuhashi at the same perm shop the day before, both aiming to debut as rebellious students.

Fearing that ITO might reveal his true identity, Mitsuhashi is quickly targeted by delinquents in his class and taken to the rooftop.
Just when he tries to use his usual sneaky tactics to exploit their weaknesses, ITO, who has a strong sense of justice and hates bullying, comes to help.
Mitsuhashi, expecting to be pleased, is instead angry at ITO!
"I won't talk as if I'm weak! Wavy hair!"
To which ITO responds, "Don't call me Wavy!"
Suddenly, a fight breaks out between Mitsuhashi and ITO.

Amidst this, by chance and luck, the two end up defeating ten delinquents!
From this moment, Mitsuhashi and ITO, sharing the secret of "becoming rebellious from today," become partners and walk the rebellious path together.
