Marushima Soy Sauce Co., Ltd. was established in 1950 as a soy sauce manufacturing and sales business.
Subsequently, in 1960, we succeeded in manufacturing additive-free soy sauce. In addition to soy sauce production, we newly established the "Dashi no Moto" (soup stock base) and pickles divisions in the same year. In 1977, we established a tsukudani factory, and we have been developing our business with four pillars: "Soy Sauce Division," "Dashi no Moto Division," "Tsukudani Division," and "Pickles Division," boasting a history of over 60 years since our founding.
This is a delicious soup stock base made with kelp from Hokkaido.
Please use it widely for miso soup, noodles, tempura dipping sauce, simmered dishes, and Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. It has a clean taste with no peculiar flavor.
