Restamin U Kowa Tablets are an oral medicine developed with these points in mind. When taken, they promptly suppress allergic reactions occurring inside the body, while simultaneously soothing skin symptoms such as red spots and bumps and suppressing itching.
### Contraindications(Failure to follow these instructions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects.)
1. **While taking this drug, do not use any of the following medicines:**Other allergy medicines, oral medicines containing antihistamines (e.g., cold medicines, antitussives/expectorants, oral rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, etc.).2. **Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine.**(Drowsiness or other symptoms may occur.)3. **Women who are breastfeeding should either not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding while taking it.**4. **Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.**5. **Do not use for long periods.**
### Consultation1. **The following persons should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this medicine:**(1) Persons receiving medical treatment from a doctor.(2) Pregnant women or those who appear to be pregnant.(3) Elderly persons.(4) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to drugs, etc.(5) Persons with the following symptoms: Swelling, difficulty urinating.(6) Persons diagnosed with the following: Heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, glaucoma.
2. **If the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, they may be side effects. **In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately:*** **Pseudoaldosteronism / Myopathy:** In addition to sluggishness, numbness, tightness, and stiffness in the limbs, weakness and muscle pain appear and gradually become stronger.
3. **The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If such symptoms persist or increase, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert:**Dry mouth, drowsiness.
4. **If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine for 5 to 6 days, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert.**

### Dosage and AdministrationTake the following amount with water or warm water.
