Do Not Use (Failure to comply may worsen current symptoms or cause side effects)1. Do not use if you fall under any of the following:(1) Have experienced allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.(2) Women. (Safety for Japanese women has not been confirmed.)(3) Under 20 years old. (No usage experience in Japan.)(4) Other types of alopecia (e.g., alopecia areata, hair loss due to thyroid disease) or unknown causes of hair loss. (This product is only effective for androgenetic alopecia.)(5) Hair loss that is rapid or patchy. (Likely to be other types of alopecia besides androgenetic alopecia.)
2. Do not apply to the following areas:(1) Only to the scalp; do not ingest. (Risk of lowering blood pressure, etc.)(2) Scalp with wounds, eczema, or inflammation (redness). (May worsen wounds, etc.)
3. When using this product, avoid applying other hair growth agents or external preparations (ointments, liquids, etc.) to the scalp. If used together, discontinue this product. (These agents may affect absorption of this product.)
Consultation Before Use1. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:(1) Have experienced allergic reactions (e.g., rash, redness, itching, dermatitis) to medicines or cosmetics.(2) Have high or low blood pressure. (This product may affect blood pressure.)(3) Have heart or kidney disorders. (This product may affect the heart or kidneys.)(4) Have swelling. (May increase swelling.)(5) No family or siblings with androgenetic alopecia. (Genetic factors are considered significant in the development of androgenetic alopecia.)(6) Elderly (65 years or older). (Symptoms may be more likely to occur in the elderly.)(7) Diagnosed with:- Thyroid dysfunction (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism). (Hair loss due to thyroid disease may be present.)
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet, as side effects may be involved:Related areas and symptoms:- Skin: Rash, redness*, itching, dermatitis, dandruff, warmth at the application site.- Nervous system: Headache, dizziness, fainting.- Circulatory system: Chest pain, rapid heartbeat.- Metabolic system: Sudden unexplained weight gain, swelling of hands and feet.*Symptoms may also appear outside the scalp.
3. If no improvement is observed after 6 months of use, discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet.Assess the degree of hair loss, new hair growth (soft or hard hair), and the amount of hair loss (including reduction of fine, short hair as an indicator of improvement). (Hair loss from other causes or other types of alopecia may be involved.)
4. Even within 6 months of starting use, if hair loss worsens or if other types of alopecia such as patchy or rapid hair loss are observed, discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet.(Other types of alopecia or hair loss caused by different reasons may be involved.)
Other Precautions1. Hair growth takes time. Use daily for at least 4 months to see effects. (The efficacy of 5% minoxidil lotion is recognized after 4 months of use.)2. The degree of hair growth varies among individuals; this product does not work for everyone.3. Continued use is necessary to maintain effects; stopping will gradually revert to original condition. (This product does not eliminate the cause of androgenetic alopecia.)
Efficacy and EffectsPromotes hair regrowth, hair growth, and prevents progression of hair loss (hair shedding) in androgenetic alopecia.
Usage and DosageAdult men (20 years and older): Apply 1 mL to the scalp area experiencing hair loss twice daily.
Application MethodUse 1 mL per application, following steps 1–5 below:1. Turn the bottle upright, slowly unscrew the cap in the direction of the arrow.*Note: Do not remove the cap while tilted or upside down, as liquid may leak.*2. Invert the bottle so the nozzle points downward. The liquid will collect in the measuring part after about 2–3 seconds.*Note: Do not shake the bottle to prevent leakage.*3. Keep the bottle inverted, press the nozzle firmly and vertically against the scalp. The nozzle will be pushed in, filling the measuring part with 1 mL of liquid.*Note 1: If the nozzle is not fully pressed, excess liquid may come out.**Note 2: Be careful to avoid getting liquid in your eyes.*4. Continue to apply by tapping the liquid onto the thinning or targeted areas, in a vertical manner, at intervals of 1–2 cm, repeating several dozen times until the liquid is fully dispensed.*Note 1: Do not hold the nozzle on the same spot for too long or tilt the bottle, as liquid may flow out.**Note 2: Be careful to prevent liquid from dripping into your eyes.*5. After use, screw the cap back on tightly while turning in the direction of the arrow and store in a cool place.*Note: If the cap is not securely closed, the nozzle may remain pressed in, preventing measurement liquid from accumulating during next use.*
Additional notes:- To prevent accidental ingestion, the measuring part and bottle are designed to be difficult to detach.- White crystals may appear on the nozzle or measuring part during storage, but this does not affect product quality. Wipe off crystals before use.- The liquid may discolor slightly (pale yellow) over time, but this does not affect quality.
Important Usage Precautions1. Using more than the recommended amount or more frequently will not increase effectiveness. Strictly follow the prescribed usage. (Using more than necessary does not significantly increase effects and may increase side effects.)2. Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. Seek ophthalmic treatment if symptoms are severe.3. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the liquid to remove any residue from mucous membranes or eyes, as it may cause irritation.4. Do not use on materials that may dissolve in alcohol (e.g., glasses frames, synthetic fibers).5. Use hair styling products or sprays after applying this product.6. If using hair dye (hair coloring, bleaching, white hair dye), complete dyeing before applying this product.
Ingredients and Quantities (per 100 mL)- Minoxidil: 5.0 g — Promotes hair growth and prevents hair loss progression.- Pantothenyl Ethyl Ether: 1.0 g — Nourishes hair follicle cells and maintains scalp health.- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 0.05 g — Suppresses excess sebum secretion that causes peroxide formation and dandruff.- Tocopherol Acetate: 0.08 g — Prevents oxidation of sebum and protects the scalp.- Menthol: 0.3 g — Relieves scalp itching and provides a cooling sensation.
Additives: Ethanol, 1,3-Butylene Glycol, pH adjuster.
Storage and Handling Precautions1. After use, close the cap tightly, store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, or cold places in a cool location.2. Keep out of reach of children.3.
