"Oiga Katsu Tsuyu" incorporates the professional Japanese culinary technique of making dashi twice with bonito flakes. Focusing on the effectiveness of bonito dashi, we added bonito flakes finely ground to the "kinubushi method*" to two types of dashi: "umami dashi" and "kaori dashi" (flavor dashi).Since the bonito dashi is effective, authentic dishes can be easily prepared.
