[Usage Instructions]Add 200cc of hot water (approx. 40℃) to one bag of this product, and use after 30 minutes to 1 hour (after returning to the state of fresh koji).
[How to Make Homemade Miso]■ Ingredients: 1 bag of this product, 300g soybeans, 150g-200g salt■ Instructions1. Soak soybeans in water for about 8 hours, then boil in clean water until thoroughly softened. (Use plenty of cooking liquid).2. Drain the boiled soybeans in a colander and cool until the cooking liquid is about 40℃.3. Add this product, the soybeans from step 2, salt, and about 300cc of the cooking liquid, and mix while crushing the soybeans. (Adjust consistency with the amount of cooking liquid).4. Pack into a container without any gaps, sprinkle a thin layer of salt on the surface, cover with plastic wrap, and store. It's ready.
