Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water:
- Age: 1 dose / 1 day frequency
- Adults (15+): 3-4 tablets / once
- Children (7+ to under 15): 2 tablets / once
- Infants and young children (under 7): Do not take

**Notes on Ingredients and Quantities**
1. Urine may turn yellow after taking this product due to absorption and excretion of vitamin B2; this is not a concern.
2. The product may affect urine and stool test results; inform your doctor if undergoing tests.
3. Iron content may cause stool to turn black.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed. (Ensure the cap is properly closed each time to prevent deterioration from moisture.)
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not transfer to other containers (risk of misuse or quality change).
