**Do Not Take If You**1. Have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients.2. **Serious Symptoms (Seek Immediate Medical Attention)**- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness immediately after taking.- Stevens-Johnson Syndrome: High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small blisters (pustules), fatigue, loss of appetite, worsening rapidly.- Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: Similar symptoms as above, with high fever, skin rash, blistering, and rapid deterioration.- Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis: Similar severe skin reactions with fever, rash, pustules, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice, dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Kidney Damage: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Aseptic Meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (especially reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).- Interstitial Pneumonia: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, cough, fever that appears suddenly or persists.- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling, difficulty breathing.- Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria.- Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.- Respiratory Depression: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.

**Efficacy and Effects**Relieves symptoms of the common cold such as sore throat, cough, fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, chills, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
**Usage and Dosage**Take the following amount after meals, preferably within 30 minutes, with water or warm water, without chewing.
