Miraculous reunion! After their Japan tour, a new album for the first time in 36 years is released!
The legendary group Fairground Attraction, which announced a miraculous reunion and their first Japan tour in 35 years after their sudden disbandment in 1990, is releasing a new album (second album) for the first time in 36 years since their original album "First Kiss" released in 1988, which reached No. 2 in the UK. In conjunction with the sudden release of the new song "What’s Wrong With The World" (currently only available for overseas streaming) announced in March this year, they appeared in promotions on various UK media including BBC, and recorded the No. 1 spot on The Heritage Chart on June 2, attracting much attention. The new album is being released simultaneously overseas. It includes the previously released lead track, the album title track "Beautiful Happening," the planned overseas second single "Learning To Swim," and 12 completely new recordings and new songs. The CD will include 2-4 bonus tracks. The vinyl is a limited edition clear blue color vinyl (Sony Press). The jacket design is by the renowned Lawrence Stevens, who also worked on the "First Kiss" cover, same as the Japan-only EP released in June!
