### Do Not Take If:(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may occur)
1. Do not take if you are:- Have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.- Have experienced asthma or allergic reactions after taking this or other cold medicines or analgesics/antipyretics.- Under 15 years old.- Pregnant within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. Do not use any other medications containing:- Other cold medicines, analgesics/antipyretics, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, antihistamines (including nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications, etc.) while taking this product.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness or other effects may occur).
4. If breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during use (transfer to breast milk has been observed in animal tests).
5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
6. Do not use for more than 5 days continuously.

### Consult a Healthcare Professional If:1. Before taking, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if you are:- Under medical or dental treatment.- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.- Elderly.- Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.- Have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating.- Diagnosed with: thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, liver disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, respiratory impairment, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, obesity.- Have had diseases such as gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, swelling, bruising.- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool, abdominal bloating.- Nervous system: Dizziness, numbness.- Circulatory system: Palpitations.- Respiratory system: Shortness of breath.- Urinary system: Difficult urination.- Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive hypothermia, fatigue.
Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur; seek immediate medical attention:- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms appear immediately after taking, including itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis:** High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash or redness that persists or worsens rapidly.- **Liver Dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- **Kidney Damage:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- **Aseptic Meningitis:** Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting. (Commonly reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)- **Myocardial Infarction:** Crushing chest pain, difficulty breathing, cold sweat.- **Cerebrovascular Disorders:** Sudden onset of consciousness disturbance, weakness on one side, headache, vomiting, dizziness, speech difficulty, aphasia.- **Interstitial Pneumonia:** Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent.- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling, difficulty breathing.- **Aplastic Anemia:** Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria.- **Agranulocytosis:** Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.- **Respiratory Depression:** Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.
3. If symptoms such as the following appear or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional:- Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, stop and consult a healthcare professional (especially if fever persists for more than 3 days or recurs).

### Usage and DosageTake the following amount with water or lukewarm water within 30 minutes after meals.

### Ingredients and Quantities (per 3 tablets)- Dihydrocodeine phosphate: 8 mg — Acts on the central cough center to suppress cough.- dl-Methyl ephedrine hydrochloride: 20 mg — Dilates bronchi, eases breathing, and suppresses cough.- Ambroxol hydrochloride: 15 mg — Loosens phlegm in the throat, making it easier to expel; moistens airway mucosa; effective against cough with phlegm.- Ibuprofen: 150 mg — Acts on inflammation and pain; relieves sore throat and fever.- Chlorpheniramine maleate: 2.5 mg — Suppresses sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion.- Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1): 8 mg — Supplements vitamins easily depleted during colds.- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 4 mg — Supplements vitamins easily depleted during colds.- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C): 166.7 mg (per 9 tablets, equivalent to 500 mg) — Supplements vitamins easily depleted during colds.- Caffeine anhydrous: 25 mg — Relieves headache.
