1. Do not take if you are:- Have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.- Have experienced asthma or allergic reactions after taking this or other cold medicines or analgesics/antipyretics.- Under 15 years old.- Pregnant within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. Do not use any other medications containing:- Other cold medicines, analgesics/antipyretics, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, antihistamines (including nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications, etc.) while taking this product.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness or other effects may occur).
4. If breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during use (transfer to breast milk has been observed in animal tests).
5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
6. Do not use for more than 5 days continuously.

Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur; seek immediate medical attention:- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms appear immediately after taking, including itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis:** High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash or redness that persists or worsens rapidly.- **Liver Dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- **Kidney Damage:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- **Aseptic Meningitis:** Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting. (Commonly reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)- **Myocardial Infarction:** Crushing chest pain, difficulty breathing, cold sweat.- **Cerebrovascular Disorders:** Sudden onset of consciousness disturbance, weakness on one side, headache, vomiting, dizziness, speech difficulty, aphasia.- **Interstitial Pneumonia:** Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent.- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling, difficulty breathing.- **Aplastic Anemia:** Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria.- **Agranulocytosis:** Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.- **Respiratory Depression:** Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.
