"Impression method"
Warm and soften
(1) Immerse the mouthpiece in water at 70–75°C and wait about 30 seconds.
Then remove the mouthpiece with a kitchen paper or similar and cool for 2-3 seconds.
*When warming 200cc of water in a microwave: 500W/about 2 minutes 30 seconds, 700W/about 1 minute 30 seconds
Take an impression according to your teeth
(2) Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth and press it against your upper teeth to adjust the shape.
Press the inside of your teeth with your tongue to fit it snugly.
Additionally, press your upper lip with your hand and ensure the front of your teeth also fit.
Wait about 30 seconds until the mouthpiece becomes slightly hard.
Cool and harden
(3) Dip the removed mouthpiece in cold water to harden it.
Cut off any excess parts with scissors and shape it to finish.
*If you want to redo the molding, repeat steps (1)–(2).
