Features
Dopppel Tablets D is an antitussive medicine formulated with the herbal powder Tocon, which helps loosen phlegm, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which suppresses cough, along with licorice (glycyrrhiza) extract.
It is effective for both dry cough, known as "dry cough," and wet cough with phlegm.

Precautions (Things Not to Do)
1. Do not take this medication if you:
- Are under 12 years old.
2. While taking this medication, do not use any of the following:
- Other cough suppressants or expectorants, cold medicines, sedatives, antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medications, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications, etc.)
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.
- Drowsiness or other effects may occur.
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during treatment.
5. Do not overdose or use for long-term continuous treatment.

Pseudoaldosteronism, Myopathy:
- Fatigue, numbness, stiffness, or rigidity in hands and feet, along with weakness, muscle pain, which gradually worsens.

Aplastic anemia:
- Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pallor of skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint or dizzy, hematuria, etc.

Agranulocytosis:
- Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.

Respiratory depression:
- Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, etc.

3. After taking the medication, symptoms such as constipation, dry mouth, or drowsiness may occur. If these persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional with this package insert.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional with this package insert.

Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount three times a day after meals.

- 15 years and older: 4 tablets
- 12 to under 15 years: 2 tablets
- Under 12 years: Do not use

1. When giving to children, do so under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
2. Take this medication with water or lukewarm water.

Ingredients and Amounts (per 12 tablets)
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide: 30 mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride: 75 mg
d-Marein acid chlorpheniramine: 6 mg
Licorice (glycyrrhiza) extract: 600 mg (equivalent to 3 g of raw herb)
Tocon powder: 10 mg

Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (to prevent misuse or quality deterioration).
(4) To maintain quality, use the cap to take out tablets and do not return touched tablets to the bottle.
(5) The packing inside the bottle is included to prevent tablet breakage. Dispose of the packing after opening.
- After opening, removing and inserting the packing can allow moisture or dust to enter, which may reduce quality.
