Equipped with MAGFORCE-Z brake. The magnetic structure of MAGFORCE remains the same, but the inductive rotor operates smoothly according to spool rotation speed, allowing for stronger braking in the first half of the cast and weaker in the latter half, resulting in a cast with extended distance. The brake mechanism is proven, easy to adjust, and robust against external space.



Equipped with a Φ32mm (width 21mm) MAGFORCE-Z high-strength aluminum spool. Suitable for lures around 5g to 20g based on brake and spool characteristics. The high long-distance casting performance of hard plugs around 10g to 15g used offshore is excellent.

Gear system designed for strong, smooth rotation in bait (dual-axis) reels. The gear tooth module (size) is kept small to increase mesh ratio, ensuring long-lasting initial smoothness, a unique DAIWA technology.



The internal structure is supported with high rigidity and high precision, producing a refined winding feel and power. Using metal material for the frame is essential, and combined with side plates and set plates, it allows the basic performance to be maintained longer. The TATULA TW 80 uses aluminum for the frame and gear side side plate, achieving a tough housing design.



A clutch system with sharp on/off performance that continues to slide thousands or tens of thousands of times, with minimal trouble even in highly saline seawater environments. It has a proven record of reducing seizing repairs by 99% compared to previous models, thanks to advanced insulation structures.








TWS reduces resistance at the line guide near the spool, where spool rotation speed is highest, significantly decreasing backlash and promising a comfortable fishing experience. It enables longer casts, better control, faster falls, and fewer backlashes. TWS enhances all basic performance aspects of bait reels.



Eliminates initial drag engagement, providing smoothness without unevenness while increasing drag force as tightened.



Initially, adjust the Zero Adjuster and perform the spool gap zero setting, enabling control of all lures solely with the magnet dial thanks to the evolution of the magnetic brake.

The Zero Adjuster is a mechanism to set the zero position before starting fishing, ensuring no misoperation occurs during fishing, allowing for a comfortable experience.

The spool gap zero setting leaves a fine gap (about 0.2mm), setting the spool at the limit just before pressing down, to prevent play.
