■ Features● The active ingredient of Tylenol A, acetaminophen, has two effects: "antipyretic" (fever reduction) and "analgesic" (pain relief).● It mainly acts on the "body temperature regulation center" in the brain, widening blood vessels to release heat from the body and lower fever.● It is thought to alleviate various pains such as headaches, menstrual pain, joint pain by suppressing substances that transmit fever and pain signals within the brain.● The stomach naturally contains prostaglandins (PG) that protect the stomach lining from stomach acid.● Tylenol A has little effect on these PGs, making it gentle enough to take on an "empty stomach." However, when experiencing chills or fever due to a cold, avoid taking it on an empty stomach as much as possible.
■ Do Not Do These Things(Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)
1. Do not take this medication if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic/analgesic medications or cold medicines.
2. Do not take any other medications such as:Other antipyretic/analgesic drugs, cold medicines, sedatives while taking this drug.
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication.
4. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
■ Consult Before Use1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you are:(1) Under medical or dental treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Elderly.(4) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(5) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:Related parts and symptoms:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite- Nervous system: Dizziness- Others: Excessive decrease in body temperature
Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.Names of symptoms and their signs:- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness appear immediately after taking.- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid worsening.- Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of skin, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting slightly, dry cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional with this document.
■ Indications and Effects1) Pain relief for: headache, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, neuralgia, lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, bruises, fractures, sprains, trauma pain.2) Fever reduction during chills and fever.
■ Usage and DosageTake the following amount. When experiencing chills or fever due to a cold, try to avoid taking on an empty stomach.Age: Adult (15 years and older)Single dose: 1 tabletFrequency: up to 3 times a day.Interval: at least 4 hours between doses.Under 15 years: Do not take.
(1) Strictly follow the usage and dosage instructions.(2) How to take out the tablet:Press firmly on the protruding part of the blister pack containing the tablet with your fingertips, tear open the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet.(Accidentally swallowing the tablet directly or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.)
