This is a silicone mold suitable for use with hard-type UV resin and two-part mixed epoxy resin.
Pour the resin into the mold, cure it, and then remove it to create a seamless spherical part. By pre-mixing resin with resin pigments or glitter, you can also color the parts.
【Important Notes Regarding This Design Mold】- It cannot be used with silicone materials or soft UV resins, as there is a risk that the parts will become difficult to remove.- Since the shape is designed for pouring liquid materials, it cannot be used with clay-like materials such as resin clay.- When using UV resin, surface wrinkles may form. If this occurs, applying UV resin again with a brush and curing will result in a smooth finish.- Using epoxy resin will produce a more beautiful result, but due to chemical changes that can damage the mold, its durability is limited to a few uses.- This spherical mold exerts strong stress during removal and has less durability than standard molds. If durability is a priority, we recommend the hemispherical type that joins two halves to form a sphere.- The mold is not guaranteed against damage caused by tearing of the pouring spout. Please understand this in advance.
