◆Story
The story is set in "Skyloft," an island floating in the sky. People live their lives by traveling through the vast sky on large birds called "Loftwings." The protagonist, a young man named Link who attends a knight academy, embarks on an adventure to find his childhood friend Zelda, who has been separated from him due to a certain incident. He descends to the unknown land spread out below the clouds to search for her.
*This title depicts the earliest era in the timeline of The Legend of Zelda series, with the birth of the Master Sword and other events intertwined with the story.
◆Play as Link with intuitive controls
Link confronts formidable enemies and various mysteries by utilizing his familiar sword, shield, and a variety of items.
When playing with "two Joy-Con controllers," the left and right Joy-Con correspond to Link's shield and sword, respectively. Link's sword swings and shield parries will be synchronized with the direction and movement of your Joy-Con swings. Furthermore, you can intuitively operate items such as firing arrows or rolling bombs using the Joy-Con, allowing you to play as if you are one with the protagonist, Link.
◆Button controls are also supported
This game also supports button controls, allowing you to play in handheld mode or on the Nintendo Switch Lite. Sword controls are linked to flicking the analog stick, enabling intuitive play even with button controls.
