This enables the extraction and production of an extract that cannot normally be obtained.
This is the patented substance "LEM". "LEM" is extracted from shiitake mycelium cultured for approximately 4 months on a special medium made of "bagasse (sugarcane residue)" and "rice bran", just before the shiitake fruiting body emerges. It contains special components obtained by decomposing the culture medium with the unique enzymes of shiitake mushroom mycelium. Since it is fermented using the power of the fungus, it is a fermented food, similar to natto, miso, cheese, and yogurt. As it is a food product, it is gentle on the body and anyone can drink it with peace of mind.
