HAGANE Gear

Aiming for an eternally unchanging winding feel.

Pressing a solid metal block under high pressure and finishing it with micron-level precision without machining. Our proprietary technology called precision cold forging produces gears that are hard and tough, enabling smooth winding.

X Ship

Enlarged drive gear, optimal placement of pinion and drive gears, and two-point support by bearing on the pinion gear. These robust gear meshing ensure strong load resistance and smooth reeling.

HAGANE Body

X Protect

Shimano’s renowned waterproof structure.

For small to medium spinning reels requiring lighter rotation, a non-contact structure was adopted to maintain rotation ease. In addition to water-repellent treatment, a labyrinth structure to prevent water ingress was incorporated, achieving high waterproof performance without contact. AR-C Spool
